What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)
- Design of RF filters and multiplexers based on XBAR® and other technologies.
- Use commercial circuit analysis and physical modeling tools, as well as custom software packages, to design and analyze RF filters.
- Document workflows and create training materials for tool usage and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot design challenges and support tool validation efforts.
- Contribute to process optimization and evaluate new design methods.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in RF or analog design.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills for documentation.
- Ability to work well in a small group environment.
- Willingness to jump in and take on new tasks to support the team.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with circuit simulators (ADS or AWR).
- Experience with EM modeling software (HFSS).
- Experience with drawing programs, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools.
- Familiarity with RF/Microwave measurements and test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer).
- Familiarity with programming (MATLAB, Python).

Minimum Salary: $90,000
Maximum Salary: $155,000
We consider various factors in determining actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition to salary, this position is eligible for incentive awards based on individual and business performance as well as competitive benefits.
