Job Summary

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating sales strategies within the RF market across a defined territory. The focus is on driving growth through product introductions to both existing and new customers, achieving targets in volume, revenue, and margin. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and sales support channels to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Additionally, the role supports broader business objectives in alignment with pSemi’s parent company, Murata. Responsibilities include tracking progress against sales and business development plans, reporting outcomes, and implementing corrective actions to ensure strategic goals are met.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for:

  • Collaborate with marketing and applications teams to align on customer messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including customer service, FAEs, and distribution partners to support customer needs.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities within the assigned region.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward goals.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly funnel reviews and territory planning sessions.
  • Manage direct and indirect sales channels to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Execute sales strategies within a defined territory to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolution to issues.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using CRM tools.

 

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor or RF industry.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and responsiveness.
  • Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and forecast management.
  • Familiarity with regional market dynamics and distribution channels.
  • Proven ability to manage a defined sales territory and meet revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent education and work experience.

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
