Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
- General order management in Oracle/ERP system
- Identify possible delivery constrains and work towards solution
- Oracle and Oracle report review, validation, & maintenance (example: Backlog, Ship Report, PSI)
- Assist customer inquiries, such as expedite requests, delivery, or quality issues/concerns
- Assist in allocation
- Assist Identifying and analyzing delivery delays or errors, and work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery
- Work with Customers/Sales/Field Applications Engineers/Shipping on RMA’s (using our system of record) and coordinate with the Quality team on Failure Analysis requests
- Collaborate with various functional departments within the Company, as needed, to support customer requirements
- Maintain documentation/records on issues relating to On Time Delivery, monthly/quarterly reporting on issues, correcting any order management reason codes timely
- Maintain customer records in the ERP system
- Identify and promote Improvement Plans
- Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales or Sales Support
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to be accurate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within a team and across different levels of the organization to achieve goals
- Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle Order Management preferably in version R12
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), Oracle, JIRA and SalesForce
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
