Job Summary

By providing the world-class customer service, the Account Representative will support the company’s key customers and will ensure timely deliveries.  The assignments include, but not limited to, general order management, clear communication with customers, PSI review (CRD optimization), or investigate/allocations/resolve issues that customers request.


Roles & Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for:

  • General order management in Oracle/ERP system
  • Identify possible delivery constrains and work towards solution
  • Oracle and Oracle report review, validation, & maintenance (example: Backlog, Ship Report, PSI)
  • Assist customer inquiries, such as expedite requests, delivery, or quality issues/concerns
  • Assist in allocation
  • Assist Identifying and analyzing delivery delays or errors, and work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery
  • Work with Customers/Sales/Field Applications Engineers/Shipping on RMA’s (using our system of record) and coordinate with the Quality team on Failure Analysis requests
  • Collaborate with various functional departments within the Company, as needed, to support customer requirements
  • Maintain documentation/records on issues relating to On Time Delivery, monthly/quarterly reporting on issues, correcting any order management reason codes timely
  • Maintain customer records in the ERP system
  • Identify and promote Improvement Plans
  • Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales or Sales Support
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Ability to be accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work within a team and across different levels of the organization to achieve goals
  • Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Oracle Order Management preferably in version R12
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), Oracle, JIRA and SalesForce


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
