Job Title: Senior Engineer, Sustaining Test

Job Duties: Define and implement wafer probe test processes and capabilities used for production and engineering wafer sort solutions. Modify test programs, define experiments, and use statistical data analysis to study new probe technologies and subsequently develop. Create procedural documents for new probe technologies and capabilities. Define operating criteria to be used for production probe requirements. Plan experiments and evaluate test results relating to probe. Interface with Design, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver the highest quality probe and test solutions. Recommend and implement system changes, additions and modifications which will improve manufacturing efficiency and yields. Serve as a liaison between manufacturing and engineering teams. Review methods and procedures, provide ideas for continuous improvement and exceptional quality to customers.

Required education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related.

Work Experience Requirements: 60 months of progressive work experience as a Senior Engineer, Sustaining Test, or Technical Engineer, RF Test and Product Engineer.

Additional minimum requirements: 60 months of progressive work experience to include following:

1. RF, high speed digital and mixed signal test methodologies;
2. High volume wafer-level production test of IC’s, production wafer probers: OPUS3;
3. Data analysis and statistics for application in engineering reports using Excel, Galaxy;
4. Programing languages including C, C++, linux.
