Job Summary
This position is responsible for: Overseeing product, technology, package and assembly Reliability Qualification of pSemi’s diverse product portfolio. This role is also responsible for qualifying and sustaining pSemi products, packaging, new fab process and technology. Other responsibilities include conduction On-going Reliability Testing and supporting cross functional teams in maintaining reliability and quality assurance at OSAT facilities.

The assigned projects will be diverse and complex in nature which requires exceptional organization skills and high attention to details. This requires the candidate to have a strong background in Reliability Engineering and IC product qualifications. This position is also responsible creating qualification plans, execution of plan and write customer Reliability reports. Also, overseeing timely execution and completion of qualification projects, define Reliability hardware and test requirements. This role is expected to apply strong engineering background in Reliability and mentor other engineers.

The candidate will be expected to work with minimal supervision and build strong work relationships with other engineering groups. The candidate should also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of commitment and be flexible to project needs.  The candidate must be a collaborator and possess a sense of urgency to meet product requirements on schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
•    Define Reliability qualification requirements for IC products, package, and process qualifications.
•    Create and execute, analyze data and write customer reports.
•    Create and execute qualification plan for new Reliability Test methods or capacities at OSAT.
•    Conduct On-going Reliability Testing (ORT) activities at the OSAT facility.
•    Define Reliability stress testing requirement for new product platform and process technology.
•    Interface with Product/Manufacturing/ Design and Reliability hardware engineers to understand new product and details necessary to perform reliability testing on new products.
•    Troubleshoot and debug of reliability burn-in hardware, including RFHTOL systems.
•    Create and updates Reliability Engineering procedures, as needed.
•    Support Manufacturing Operations, Package Engineering, Product Engineering and Failure Analysis Engineering, Test Engineering to ensure Reliability, and Quality at OSAT facilities.
•    Write technical reports.
•    Mentor other engineers.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
•    Typically requires 6 to 8 years of experience in RFIC Reliability; preferably on mmWave devices, depending on education level and experience.
•    Knowledge of semiconductor Reliability stress testing requirements e.g., Jedec, Automotive and Tier-1 customer standards.
•    Must have strong hands-on experience working with lab equipment such as: multi-meter, oscilloscope, power supplies, RF signal generators, RF power amplifiers, Spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
•    Program and time management skills.
•    Advance analysis of Reliability test data with the use of analysis tools such as JMP or Excel.
•    Must be able to generate schematics using tools such as Allegro.
•    Strong knowledge in RFIC’s, such as: LNA, PA, Switch, DSA, Mixer, and Phase Shifter.
•    Result-oriented and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Knowledge in Antenna Tuning Switches devices.

Education Requirements
•    Bachelors in Engineering (Packaging, Electrical/Electronics, Materials or Chemical) or Physics; MS preferred.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
This role would require 10% travel to OSAT locations.
