General Summary

Eta Wireless is an innovator of high-efficiency wireless solutions. We are seeking an Analog/Power IC design engineering student for developing analog mixed-signal ICs for power management applications. As a design engineering intern at Eta Wireless, you are encouraged to be creative while being mentored by experienced power management integrated circuit design engineers. Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze circuit behavior through simulation.
  • Verify the circuitry meets specifications.
  • Make design review documentation and present it for feedback.
  • Evaluate device behavior through measurements on the bench.

Required Qualifications

  • Current student pursuing an electrical engineering degree (BS, MS, or Ph.D.).
  • Familiar with Cadence design tools.
  • Studied CMOS and bipolar transistor behavior.
  • Understanding of Laplace transforms and compensation of feedback loops.
  • Understanding of the relationship between frequency and time domains.
  • Simulation experience with common analog blocks: opamps, regulators, comparators, oscillators, bandgap references
  • Familiar with IC layout.
  • Experience using lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
  • Good written and verbal presentation skills.
