The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support to users of CPQ (Cost Price Quote), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Partner Community, and Customer Community. The position is on the Sales Experience CRM team and includes CPQ administration, sales process support, and system data integrity and maintenance.

What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)

  • Drives successful CRM process improvement and meets project management targets.
  • Facilitates and maintains CPQ logic, processes, and supports users.
  • Develops and executes CPQ training programs aligning with Sales Operations.
  • Supports Product department’s Community Forum knowledge content.
  • Monitors Global SFDC system development, executes regression, and UAT for parts of the system.
  • Manage On/Off boarding of internal Salesforce users.
  • Provides prompt and reliable advice and follow-up.
  • Effective internal communication and problem-solving (e.g., escalation management, positive customer feedback, etc.).
  • Maintains a library of resources for reference and support of business processes.
  • Supports and expands CRM use of Manufacturing Rep organization. Promotes business process functions and provides strong and meaningful sales reporting.
  • Aligns and prioritizes decisions and initiatives with corporate strategies.
  • Transform high-level information into details and interpret it into a strategic framework.
  • Proactively reports results of progress with the manager.
  • Gathers requirements for system improvements while communicating and advocating for the business users to improve efficiency.

Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities

  • Continuing Education of the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Provides reports on activities and outputs to key stakeholders.
  • Other job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience and CPQ experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
  • Ability to critically evaluate data, resolve conflicts, and make day-to-day decisions to preserve data integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and work in a collaborative environment.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with well-developed facilitation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and overcome barriers and obstacles.
  • Ability to change priorities, perform quality reviews, and shift resources while taking action in a timely manner.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Salesforce CPQ Certified.
  • Advanced Database knowledge and development experience.
  • Electronics Industry Experience.
