The Sr. Manager, National Facilities and Property Management will be responsible for the strategic management, coordination, and optimization of all leased and owned offices as well as warehouse locations across the country. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient, and inspiring work environments that directly contribute to employee productivity and organizational success. What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)

  • Oversee the administration and management of all leased office properties nationally, ensuring compliance with lease terms and company policies.
  • Support the administration and management of owned office and warehouse properties nationally, ensuring compliance with company policies and all regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams both in the United States and abroad to assess space requirements, planning office and warehouse renovations, relocations, expansions, and/or consolidations.
  • Drive organizational development, extend capabilities, develop talent, and grow leadership.
  • Drive innovation through technology and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that all office facilities meet health, safety, and regulatory standards while practicing sustainability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, property managers, and general service providers.
  • Coordinate lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations to optimize lease terms and costs.
  • Monitor and manage office operating expenses which includes rent, utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to office leasing and facility management.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on lease status, occupancy, and budget performance.
  • Lead vendor selection and contract management for facility-related services.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing owned and leased office spaces or corporate real estate portfolios, preferably at a national level. 
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leasing principles, contracts, and negotiation tactics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to various office locations nationwide, possibly Mexico as well.
